About the Scheme :
Farmers work day and night to grow crops, but animals like cows, buffaloes and wild animals often destroy the fields within a short time. Installing barbed wire fencing becomes necessary to protect crops, but the cost of fencing is very high and many small and medium farmers cannot afford it on their own. To solve this problem, the government has started the Kantedar Tarbandi Yojana. Under this scheme, eligible farmers can apply to get financial assistance for fencing their fields and protect their crops from damage. This page is designed to help farmers check eligibility, understand benefits and proceed with the application process easily.

Once the application is approved, the farmer receives financial support equal to 50 percent of the fencing cost, limited to ₹40,000. After fencing is completed and verified by officials, the subsidy amount is transferred directly to the farmer’s bank account. This ensures better crop safety and steady income.Eligibility Criteria
